Filter payment history data

Currently the only option to change the view of the payment history is to sort on the column headings. If you are looking for payments on a particular offering, you need to first sort based on the name, and then page through many results to find that offering in alphabetical order. Instead, allow the user to filter on the column headings, at least for the Offering name. This could be a drop-down selection.
