Add a search filter to the Offering page to allow to filter by credit score, location, etc

Please describe your idea/enhancement.

The Browse Offering page https://invest.app.upright.us/deals currently is just a flat list and does not include any type of search filter. It would be helpful to be have a search by criteria, including credit score, number of developer projects completed, loan to ARV, term remaining, late payments, etc

How will this idea help you?

It would save me the time and trouble of searching the web page for each deal for the keywords I care about, and more rapidly invest into more deals.

All investors.
